ThaMyth brings to the Hip Hop genre innovation, depth, and music that is stacked with surprises. He is not your “I’ve got money so I bought skills” MC. He prides himself in his ability to make songs that inspire, move, as well as entertain his audience.
Currently working on the first part of a trilogy release to be titled “The Myth, The Man, The Legend,” he spends many hours in the studio fine-tuning compositions, refining lyrics, and producing songs he feels will one day raise the bar for the Hip Hop genre.
Also a producer, songwriter, and performer, thaMyth was the founding artist of the West African Hip Hop group Banned Wagon Music. He has had his work placed in Gerald Barclay’s film “The Love Of Liberty and several television commercials, and has produced several jingles for Radio stations in Liberia and Haiti.
The first part of thaMyth’s trilogy album, “The Myth,” is expected to be released in the summer of 2009.
